Profile and Expertise

Mimi Ahn is a Korean associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Mimi has maintained her close ties to South Korea since moving to Singapore. She assists Korean clients on all types of matters.

Mimi’s practice focuses primarily on International Arbitration and Court Litigation. She has represented clients in international arbitrations under various institutional rules (including SIAC, ICC and LCIA), seated in major arbitration venues, such as New York and Singapore. Mimi has also been appointed as arbitrator’s secretary in SIAC and HKIAC Arbitrations. Mimi also regularly appears in the Singapore High Court for various civil and commercial matters.

For the non-contentious matters, Mimi assists in applications for grant of probate/letters of administration and company winding up applications.
