Seng is a Director of Corporate & Tax Affair of the Firm. He has over a decade of corporate & commercial matters, more particularly, in the advisory capacity of Foreign Investment. He is instrumental in educating and leading his team in all local & Foreign Investment matters. He has experience with foreign investment corporation set up in the following sectors: manufacturing Tabaco and Alcohol, IT, Construction, Medicine products, Banking and Finance, Real Estate and Tax compliance. He experiences spans both areas of practice and research in the legal profession.
