Kheng is a Senior Associate of the Firm. He has over 5 years of legal management and advisor for land dispute resolution affair. His experience spans from the areas of practice and research in the legal profession.
He served as Legal Officer for more than 3 years at Arbitration Council Foundation that is a non-political, not-for-profit organization giving supports the operations of Cambodia’s Arbitration Council (AC), an independent national institution established by Law to resolve collective labour disputes. Also, from his working experience with Campu Lonpac (Malaysian Based Company), Office of Principal Recipient of Global Fund, he managed all legal affair and compliance for the Office.
