Profile and Expertise

Kheng is a Senior Associate of the Firm. He has over 5 years of legal management and advisor for land dispute resolution affair. His experience spans from the areas of practice and research in the legal profession.

He served as Legal Officer for more than 3 years at Arbitration Council Foundation that is a non-political, not-for-profit organization giving supports the operations of Cambodia’s Arbitration Council (AC), an independent national institution established by Law to resolve collective labour disputes. Also, from his working experience with Campu Lonpac (Malaysian Based Company), Office of Principal Recipient of Global Fund, he managed all legal affair and compliance for the Office.

Experience

・ Assisting in providing Secretary Services for US funded Local NGO in Cambodia
・ Corporate Compliance, legal due diligence and legal research;
・ Assisting in preparation Land Sale Purchase Agreements, M&A transactions, legal opinions, and other related corporate agreements and arrangement.
・ Assisting in preparation for litigation affairs in courts as well as at NCAC proceeding.
・ Assisting in providing advises related to Labor Compliance and registration, labor mediation and arbitration processes.
