Profile and Expertise

Richard Lee is our Blockchain and Crypto Specialist, with a focus on ICOs and STOs. He regularly advises on token economy structuring, listing on crypto exchanges, and token sales to crypto funds and venture capital funds.

Richard also provides regulatory and marketing advice to clients seeking to launch ICOs and STOs in Singapore.

Prior to joining FLA, Richard was Head (Singapore Office) with Chain Partners, the first, and one of the largest, global blockchain company builder from Korea.

He also advises clients on corporate governance, administration and compliance matters. As part of this, he regularly assists multinational corporations in establishing their presence in Singapore.
He does not advise legal issue.

Taking a special interest in employment law he routinely assists clients in understanding the local laws and their obligations associated with the life cycle of an employment relationship in Singapore.

Experience

Richard has a strong background in investment banking. Richard previously worked in the investment banking divisions at Yuanta Securities, KB Securities, and Hana Financial Investment, where he was heavily involved in IPOs, M&As, structured finance, ABS, and the issuance of stocks and bonds.
