Viengsavanh is also a qualified Mediator and Arbitrator having completed the Mediator / Arbitrator Training Course at the Economic Dispute Resolution Office, Ministry of Justice, Vientiane, Lao PDR. Vieng was elected for Vice President of Lao Bar Association since January 2010 and re-elected as the Vice President again in June 2013.

・Currently a recommended counsel on website of the US Embassy and British Embassy in Vientiane, Laos.
・Currently a counsel for a finance project of a Nam Ou Hydropower Project in Northern Part of Laos value US$1,300M.
・Currently a counsel for Satellite Project of Laos.
・Currently a counsel of a concession project for installation of container scan system at 8 custom check points of Laos value US$8M.
・Counsel for a litigation of shareholder’s dispute of a mining company in Laos. Value of dispute is US$100M.
・Counsel for a litigation of a casino business dispute in Laos. Dispute value is US$200M.
・Assist to set up new bank/branches, acquire all licenses and approvals that required by Lao law, loan projects, and advise on all issues related to Lao law.
・Advising clients on money laundering matters under the law of Lao PDR
・Advise and assist to purchase or lease or concede land, including land due diligence, land ownership transferring, land title, and any approvals related to land, etc.
・Advise and assists in employment contract, internal labor rules [employment manual], working permit, visa, labor dispute resolving,
・Advise and assist on concession agreement, negotiation with the relevant authorities and Government, acquire all licenses and approvals required by Lao law to operate a legal mining company.
