Profile and Expertise

Saosakhone is a licensed lawyer with more than five-year experiences in legal practice. He is a member of the Lao Bar Association and admitted to practice before all the courts of Laos and is licensed to advise clients on any matters relating to the laws of Laos. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the National University of Laos.

Experience

・Advise and assist in a litigation of a casino business dispute in Laos at a value of US$200M.
・Counsel for a litigation of the share transfer in Laos at a value of US$100,000.
・Counsel for a litigation of the asset embezzlement in the construction project at a value of US$600,000.
・Counsel for a litigation of payment dispute in the construction project at a value of US$600,000.
・Advise and assist in mediation and/or arbitration in the Economic Dispute Resolution (“EDRC”), Ministry of Justice, Lao PDR.
・Advise and assist in land due diligent investigation.
・Advise and assist in preparing share transfer agreement, security agreement, rental agreement, loan agreement, and other corporate documents etc.
・Advise and assist in setting up a company, acquire all licenses and approvals required by Lao laws.
