Based in the One Asia Lawyers Thailand office, Miho advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, focusing on corporate, labor, and compliance issues. She works in close collaboration with Thai lawyers to provide comprehensive legal support.

Her corporate practice is extensive, covering everything from foreign investment regulations and license applications (including BOI and FBL) to complex corporate transactions such as mergers, dissolutions, and liquidations. She also handles various corporate registrations and provides ongoing corporate secretarial services.

In addition to her corporate work, Miho has significant experience in labor law, handling general employment matters and litigation. Her expertise also includes conducting compliance audits, advising on inheritance and real estate transactions, and assisting with the establishment of external whistleblowing systems.
