Profile and Expertise

Praow joined One Asia Lawyers on November 2020 after she moved from her previous international firm. Praow graduated LL.B. (Thai Program) from Thammasat University before she furthered her study at Durham University for LL.M. in International Trade and Commercial Law. With her interest in corporate tax laws, Praow completed another degree of LL.M. in International Tax Law with merit at Queen Mary University of London. She focuses her practices on the aspect of intellectual property, corporate and tax laws. Praow is specializing in providing legal and tax services to suit her clients’ needs, notably in guiding legal and tax principle stage and implementation stage which include data privacy, agreement review, foreign business participations, investment promotion, and legal due diligence.
