Praow’s practice focuses on data protection compliance, intellectual property, and corporate law, and she is recognized for her ability to provide tailored legal solutions that align with clients’ strategic business objectives. With over six years of experience in leading law firms, she possesses extensive experience advising clients across both the principle and implementation stages of legal matters, including complex areas such as data privacy and PDPA compliance, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, facilitating foreign business participation, advising on investment promotion incentives, and conducting thorough legal due diligence.
