After admission into the Philippine Bar in 2016, Jennebeth joined the largest audit and tax firm in the Philippines as an international tax lawyer and advisor. Jennebeth handled matters for both local and international clients, providing transfer pricing, business restructuring and tax advisory services to multinational corporations.

Thereafter, she joined One Asia Lawyers Group, where she is based in Tokyo providing advice in Japanese and English, on matters related to Philippine laws, mainly on investment and business expansion into the Philippines, along with matters of regulatory compliance such as data privacy, labor, and corporate law.

• Handled advisory related to shareholder disputes in the Philippines.
  Assisted in Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Transactions including Legal Due Diligence and subsequent contract negotiations for acquisitions in the Philippines.
  Advised on matters related to the conduct of construction business in the Philippines and securing the necessary license with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB).
  Advised on Philippine labor laws related matters, including employment contract, handbook and manuals preparation and review.
