Dao had worked at the Legal Department of an insurance corporation and a law firm before she joined One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office.
With diverse experience in in-house and law firm, her code job focuses on consulting, licensing about corporate cases, investment projects, labor and other cases related to the working process of the local and foreign enterprises.
She will support the Lawyers at One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office to provide legal advice for Clients in corporation and investment & business formation in Vietnam ventures.

• • Negotiate and perform reviewing, drafting types of documents in economics; corporate and other fields. Complete the document templates for internal operation of enterprises operating in diverse business lines.
  • Join the insurance operation projects for co-insurance and reinsurance between domestic and foreign insurance corporations.
  • Consult, complete the procedures to get licenses for customers in corporate, investment, business, labor and other related sub-licenses.
  • In charge of the investment projects into Vietnam for foreign investors and business formation.
  • Represent customers to settle disputes in Courts.
