Profile and Expertise
He obtained a degree (Master of Laws) in Russia, and passed the bar exam in Japan while studying abroad. After registering as a lawyer, he worked at the Moscow office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the world's four largest audit firms, where he provided legal, tax, and consulting services, including M&A, mainly to Japanese companies. After returning to Japan, he worked at a domestic law firm, mainly in corporate and international legal affairs. Through these experiences, he became keenly aware of the importance of prompt and seamless response to various problems faced by companies.
From 2022, he joined One Asia Lawyers, a law firm providing seamless legal services in Asia and other areas. While based in the Fukuoka office, which is the gateway to Asia, he concurrently works in the Tokyo office and engages in a variety of other duties.
