She will support the Lawyers at One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office to provide legal advice for Clients in corporation and investment in Vietnam.

• • Prepare licensing documents and complete licensing procedures in corporate, investment, business, and other related sub-licenses.
  • Research legal issues in the field of business registration, advertising, import and export.
  • Translate licensing documents, contracts and other legal documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa.
  • Contact state departments for consultation and guidance.
