Rohan assists Senior Legal Associates in civil and commercial litigation and matters, as well as providing general administrative support. He drafts and reviews legal contracts, communications, and ancillary documentation, prepares legal opinions on various commercial contracts and conducts legal and documentary research, inventory and indexing for newly acquired as well as on-going cases and all other work-related aspects within the team. Rohan prepares incorporation documents such as PoA, ToE, MoA/AoA, LOI, Legal notices, and proposals, as well as opens and maintains new case files.
