Profile and Expertise

After being admitted to the bar association in Japan, Hiroyasu Chiba started his career as a lawyer in 2014, and he has one year of work experience as an associate at a law firm and seven years of work experience at business companies as an in-house counsel. In 2023, he joined One Asia Lawyers (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Throughout his career, he was involved in a variety of corporate law matters, including domestic and international M&A cases, compliance affairs, contract drafts / reviews, and in-house training instructors. When he worked as an in-house counsel, he was also in the Corporate Planning Department in addition to the legal department, and during this time, he has a track record of being dedicated in multiple M&A and PMI (Post Merger Intergration) cases from the business side. Based on his many years of experience as an in-house counsel, he can provide better legal services, not only from a legal perspective but also from standpoints of related areas such as business, accounting, and taxation.
