Profile and Expertise

After registering as a lawyer in December 2011, he worked at a law firm that served clients ranging from individuals to small and medium-sized companies, and then at a domestic law firm whose main clients were small and medium-sized companies to large corporations, where he was engaged in dispute resolution between companies and general corporate legal affairs (mainly in the areas of corporate law, labor law, bankruptcy law, telecommunications business law, and specified commercial transaction law).
Thereafter, he worked for about two years in the Disclosure and Inspection Division of the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC), where he investigated listed companies for improper accounting procedures and internal control deficiencies, etc. He was involved in a wide variety of cases, large and small, including fictitious transactions, circular transactions, money lending transactions disguised as actual transactions, and deconsolidation.
Currently, he handles a wide variety of cases, including litigation and other dispute resolution, general corporate legal affairs, and legal checks of various contracts.
