Truc Vi had worked for law firms before she joined One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office.
With diverse experience in law firm for wide range of clients, both domestically and internationally, her code job focuses on consulting various matters in civil, labour, licensing about corporate cases, investment projects and other cases related to the working process of the local and foreign enterprises.
She will support the Lawyers at One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office to provide legal advice for Clients in labour, corporation and investment in Vietnam ventures.

• • Providing legal advice and assisting the clients on labour-related issues, drafting labour documents within the internal operation within enterprises.
  • Negotiating and performing reviewing, drafting types of contracts.
  • Completing the document templates for internal operation of enterprises, completing the procedures to get licenses for clients in corporate, investment, business, labour and other related sub-licenses.
  • Representing the clients to settle disputes in Courts.
