Adeline Goh is a lawyer admitted to the Singapore bar.
Adeline has a broad commercial practice. She has acted at all levels of the Singapore courts and in arbitrations in relation to complex commercial disputes, corporate disputes, investment-related disputes, company and shareholder disputes, tenancy disputes, employment disputes, cross-border disputes, and crisis management matters. She also advises individuals and companies on their regulatory and professional obligations.
Adeline is fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese. She has a focus on the Japanese market, and has acted for Japanese clients in disputes, corporate advisory matters and private client matters.
Adeline graduated with a First Class degree in Law from the University of Nottingham. Prior to reading law, she obtained an honours degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, and practiced as an auditor in a Big 4 accounting firm.
