He was seconded to Dacheng Law Firm in Shanghai, China, where he worked with local Chinese lawyers for five and a half years, focusing on general contract practice, labor issues, internal compliance issues, restructuring of Japan-China joint ventures, and Japan-China trade transactions.
After returning to Japan, in addition to the above-mentioned work of the local subsidiary of a Japanese company, he is in charge of legal advisor/consultant of several firms with Chinese capital or Chinese managers in Japan, actively responds to inbound investments in Japan, and provides advice in Chinese on various legal issues in Japan.
