Profile and Expertise

He was seconded to Dacheng Law Firm in Shanghai, China, where he worked with local Chinese lawyers for five and a half years, focusing on general contract practice, labor issues, internal compliance issues, restructuring of Japan-China joint ventures, and Japan-China trade transactions.
After returning to Japan, in addition to the above-mentioned work of the local subsidiary of a Japanese company, he is in charge of legal advisor/consultant of several firms with Chinese capital or Chinese managers in Japan, actively responds to inbound investments in Japan, and provides advice in Chinese on various legal issues in Japan.
On the other hand, based on his experience working at the Osaka Prefectural Office, he is also familiar with legal issues of administrative/government agencies (administrative law, etc.), and has also served as a general counsel in Osaka Prefecture since January 2021.
