Profile and Expertise After qualifying as a lawyer in Taiwan, Zeline worked in the Japan practice group of a leading Taiwanese law firm, where she handled a broad range of corporate matters, including investments by Japanese companies in Taiwan, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate matters, and the drafting and review of commercial agreements. She subsequently worked in the legal departments of Taiwanese technology companies, handling commercial agreements and other corporate legal matters relating to SaaS, digital content, e-commerce and online gaming, as well as data protection and consumer protection.
Zeline obtained her LL.M. from the National University of Singapore in 2025 and joined Focus Law Asia LLC in 2026. She currently provides legal support to Japanese companies on matters relating to Taiwan and Singapore, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, commercial transactions, employment and labour, data protection and regulatory compliance. She is able to work in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and English.
