Reuben has extensive corporate legal experience working across top-tier international UK and Australian law firms, as well as acting as an in-house counsel for both private and publicly listed companies. He has also served as a consultant for multi-national corporates in the general commercial, energy, infrastructure and Defence sectors throughout Asia, Australia and in other Commonwealth jurisdictions.

• Assisted a Japanese conglomerate with Australian privacy advice and drafted related documentation.
• Assisted a Japanese multinational conglomerate with Australian corporations law matters.
• Advised a Japanese energy company on potential defect claims and prepared a red flags due diligence report.
• Prepared a comprehensive advice memo for a Japanese conglomerate on liquidated damages and contracting with foreign entities under the UK jurisdiction.
• Assisted largest Australian infrastructure company with multiple construction disputes and claims around latent defects.
• Assisted international oil and gas company in arbitration hearings and engaged in second level document review.
• Prepared advice memos for Australian local and state governments around construction enquiries and disputes.
