Profile and Expertise

Michaela is a junior associate who passed the Philippine Bar Examinations in 2020. Her practice focuses on labor and employment issues, contract drafting and review, intellectual property, litigation, estate settlement, and general corporate matters. Her current work includes the preparation of various pleadings for labor, criminal, and civil cases. She has experience representing clients before various courts, arbitral tribunals, and quasi-judicial agencies. Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal intern at the University of the Philippines Office of Legal Aid.
