After obtaining his legal certification, he dedicated nearly 6 years to the legal department of a prominent Japanese sports manufacturer. During his tenure, he was actively involved in a myriad of legal tasks, both domestically and internationally. This included contractual legal work, support for mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, launching new ventures, managing both domestic and international subsidiaries, handling various disputes, stock-related tasks, and other general corporate legal responsibilities.
Since joining One Asia Lawyers Group, he has been able to accurately understand the business needs of companies and provided appropriate advice based on his diverse experience as an in-house lawyer.
At One Asia Lawyers Group Cambodia affiliate office, he provides legal support to Japanese companies in various legal areas, including entry assistance, legal follow-up at the time of entry, research on various laws and regulations, labour matters, and financial legal matters.
