After completing high school in Japan, he pursued studies in digital and media arts at a U.S university, followed by advanced studies at a graduate school in the United Kingdom. Subsequently, he joined a digital content production company.

Later, he acquired fundamental legal skills and knowledge by enrolling in an Australian law school. Following admission to the Supreme Court of New of New South Wales, he assumed a crucial role in legal affairs for a Japanese telecommunications company.

In this capacity, his responsibilities cover a broad spectrum of legal matters, ranging from international legal affairs to domestic concerns in Japan. These include negotiating contracts with overseas business operators, offering legal counsel on inbound matters from oversea bases, and conducting research on domestic laws and regulations. Additionally, his duties extended to darting terms and conditions, particularly in conjunction with the launch of new services in Japan, and handling consumer complaints.
