This seminar will cover the different legal tax reliefs in Singapore and the tax-neutral jurisdictions of the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands. We will also introduce the various onshore fund structures relating to Singapore and offshore fund structures relating to the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands, which are targeted to family offices, fund managers, and other related fund parties. Furthermore, this seminar will also cover certain legal aspects of investments into funds from several multi-jurisdictional perspectives: Singapore, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands and Japan.
