Nhat Le had worked for a renowned local law firm before she joined One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office.

Over the course of three years, Nhat Le has successfully advised and assisted numerous clients, both domestic and international, in transactions related to business acquisitions and mergers. Additionally, she has assisted many foreign clients in their investments in Vietnam.

She will support the Lawyers at One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office to provide legal advice for Clients in corporation and investment & business formation in Vietnam ventures.

• • Conduct legal due diligence to assist clients’ merger and acquisition processes
  • Conduct legal due diligence on land to assist in clients’ land leasing processes
  • Consult, complete the procedures to get licenses for clients in corporate, investment, anti-trust and other related sub-licenses
  • Consult and draft legal memorandums on various areas
  • In charge of the investment projects into Vietnam for foreign investors and business formation.
