Sirinda joined One Asia Lawyers in 2025. She holds an LL.B. with first-class honors from Chulalongkorn University. Her primary areas of practice include commercial transactions, foreign investment, and corporate compliance. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts, such as non-disclosure agreements, share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, distributorship agreements, construction agreements, and trial agreements. She has also been involved in legal due diligence for various projects, as well as assisting foreign clients with visa and work permit applications. She is passionate about international business law and aspires to develop deeper expertise in cross-border legal matters.
