Profile and Expertise
After being admitted to the Chinese bar in 2014, Yilun Feng joined AllBright Law Offices' Shanghai office, where she primarily handled corporate legal matters for Japanese companies' China subsidiaries, including contract review, legal consultation, and compliance. From 2016, while remaining at the firm, she studied at Temple University Beasley School of Law (U.S.) at both its Japan and U.S. campuses, obtaining her LL.M. degree in 2017. She can handle matters in Chinese, Japanese, and English.
Since 2018, she has been based at a law firm in Tokyo, handling Japan-China cross-border matters for eight years across a wide range of practice areas, including corporate law, intellectual property, dispute resolution, M&A, personal information protection, and support for Chinese companies entering Japan.
