After being admitted to the bar in 2019, he joined a law firm in Tokyo, where he handled matters related to startups, labor disputes (representing employers), M&A transactions, and ADR.
In 2022, he joined a law firm in Osaka, where he focused on labor disputes (representing employers), domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, international corporate restructuring, shareholder derivative lawsuits, shareholder meetings, cases related to the Unfair Competition Prevention Act, disclosure requests for sender information, and general legal advisory services for corporate clients.
In January 2025, he joined the One Asia Lawyers Osaka Office. Moving forward, he aims to collaborate with colleagues from other offices to handle a wide range of corporate legal matters, both domestic and international.
