She also leads initiatives related to Personal Data Protection in Vietnam (PDPD) and handles licensing for special projects.

• - She has advised clients across diverse industries, providing practical guidance in sectors such as trading, manufacturing, contracting, real estate, hospitality, services, franchising, technology, cryptocurrency, advertising, recruitment, technology fields, e-commerce, and transport.
  - Researched and delivered practical solutions for various day-to-day business matters for clients, while also developing standardized templates for essential compliance documents and internal policies.
  - Provided practical advice on Personal Data Protection for numerous large companies in Vietnam and assisted in the development of essential regulations tailored to align with their business operations.
  - Supported one of Japan's leading hotel groups in launching their hotel business in Vietnam, working closely with authorities to obtain the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC), Security and Order Certificate, and Environmental License.
  - Supported a large Thai company in launching a cross-border business information platform in Vietnam, providing valuable business insights to financial institutions, large corporations, and small and medium-sized enterprises. Additionally, in this project, she also assisted in establishing its subsidiaries in Vietnam.
  - Drafted and reviewed a broad array of template and material contracts across various sectors, including real estate, hospitality, construction, international trade, franchising, technology, fintech, terms and conditions, and relevant agreements for e-commerce and e-logistics.
  - Joint the restructuring of one the largest e-commerce companies in Vietnam.
  - Supported labor restructuring issues and resolved numerous labor disputes, representing both Employers and Employees.
  - Conducted internal audits and offered solutions and provided standard documentation to safeguard Employers while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, creating advantageous outcomes for them such as the Internal Labor Regulation, Democracy Policy, Collective Agreement, the Union Trade matters, etc.
