Profile and Expertise

After working at a law firm in Osaka City for about 7 years, Yasuaki Nanba became independent and joined as a partner lawyer at Meisei Law Office, and participated as a partner of ONE ASIA LAWYERS Osaka office in September 2021.
He handles general corporate legal affairs such as personnel labor, dispute resolution, intellectual property, bankruptcy handling cases, etc. of companies in a wide range of industries from domestic SMEs to listed companies. For individual customers, he engages in a wide range of cases, from general civil cases such as labor disputes, traffic accidents, divorces, inheritance, to disclosure of sender information posted on the Internet and criminal cases including Saiban-in (lay judge) trials.
In addition, he also can handle construction defects such as building defects and additional contract charges, the board of directors regarding condominium management, consultations, and dispute cases from section owners.
In administrative relations, he is in charge of individual consultation and training on credit management and collection from local governments, such as serving as an advisor for credit management and collection in Osaka City. He is familiar with local government practice and audit work as he has also served as an assistant of a comprehensive external auditor for several years and received a utilization award.
