Profile and Expertise

After working at a law firm in Osaka City for about 7 years, he became independent and managed his own law firm, handling domestic corporate personnel and labor affairs, dispute resolution, intellectual property, insolvency, construction disputes, condominium management, general civil cases, and criminal cases, as well as municipal practices, including serving as an advisor for Osaka City debt management and collection. He also served as an assistant to a comprehensive external auditor for multiple years and received the Utilization Award.

In September 2021, he joined One Asia Lawyers. He is in charge of the Philippines team and has been stationed in the Philippines since 2023. He provides a wide range of advice on legal research, personnel and labor affairs, various compliance matters, M&A, debt collection, and exit assistance for companies entering the Philippines.
