She will support the Lawyers at One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office to provide legal advice for Clients in corporation and investment & business formation in Vietnam ventures.

• ・ Prepare dossiers and work with Authorities to apply for Licenses in investment, corporation, branch establishment and business licenses.
  ・ Prepare, review and submit legal documents in the field of labor and other related sub-licenses.
  ・ Research legal issues, update legal templates and dossiers.
  ・ Contact and represent clients to settle disputes in Courts and other Authorities.
