Born in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, Hikaru pursued higher education in Ishikawa and Tokyo after graduating from high school in Aichi. Throughout his academic years, from elementary school to university, he was actively involved in sports clubs, dedicating himself to baseball, tennis, and alpine skiing. His judicial training took him to Fukuoka, reflecting his love for meeting people and experiencing different places.
His hobbies include all kinds of physical activities, as well as outdoor pursuits like fishing. In his childhood, he also studied calligraphy and music, fostering a love for self-expression.
During university, he was a member of a legal consultation group that provided free legal advice. Engaging with clients, listening to their concerns, and working toward solutions reinforced the importance of facing each individual’s issues with sincerity.
