Profile and Expertise

Uyen Hoa formerly worked as a legal assistant for a local law company before joining One Asia Lawyers Vietnam.

She had diverse experience in civil cases, investment projects, corporate and licensing, and other matters regarding labor and HR (visa, work permit, etc…) for both local and foreign enterprises.

She will support the Lawyers at One Asia Lawyers Vietnam Office in providing legal advice for Clients in corporations and investment ventures, as well as business formation in Vietnam.

• • Prepare dossiers and work with Authorities to apply for licenses in investment, corporation, branch establishment and sub-licenses.
  • Conduct research and review legal documents in the field of labor and other related sub-licenses.
  • Provide legal advice on investment, enterprise, labor matters and assist Clients in obtaining visas, work permits and TRCs.
  • Represent Clients to settle disputes in Courts and other Authorities.
