Wisoottinun has work experience specializing in litigation and licensing. In litigation, she handles all stages from drafting and reviewing documents to preparing lawsuits, managing legal proceedings, and executing judgments, including public auctions. She has experience in commercial, civil, criminal, and family cases, as well as cases related to excise taxes. In licensing, Wisoottinun advises on and manages permits, with particular expertise in licenses essential for hotel, restaurant, and other business operations.

• Excise Technical Officer, Legal Affairs Subdivision, Excise Department (2017 – 2020)
  • Responsible for providing legal advice on excise tax.
  • Conducted field inspections to monitor compliance with excise tax regulations and managed the entire enforcement process related to excise tax evasion.
  
  Litigant and Legal Advisor (2021 – present)
  • Acted as a litigator in civil, criminal, labor, and bankruptcy cases, responsible for filing lawsuits, preparing defenses, negotiating both in and out of court, and executing judgments through legal enforcement procedures.
  • Provided legal consultation on family law matters, including adoption and recognition of children by foreign nationals.
  • Conducted legal research on various topics related to AI, blockchain, digital asset businesses, trade dress, content media, product-specific regulatory requirements, defect liability, and compliance obligations under relevant laws, as well as on corporate matters, including but not limited to company law under the CCC, the Foreign Business Act, BOI regulations.
