Profile and Expertise

Mimi’s practice focuses on International Commercial Arbitration and Litigation. She has represented clients in international arbitrations under various institutional rules (including SIAC, ICC and LCIA), seated in major arbitration venues, such as New York and Singapore. Mimi also regularly appears in Singapore High Court for various civil and commercial matters. On the advisory front, Mimi assists many clients wanting to launch ICOs in Singapore.

Mimi is a Korean national and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2015, making her one of just a handful of Koreans who is fully qualified to practice Singapore law. Mimi has maintained her close ties to Korea since moving to Singapore and provides legal assistance to many Korean companies and nationals in Singapore.
