• • Draft, review, and revise a diverse range of agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, joint venture agreements, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, distribution agreements, trademark licensing agreements, employment agreements, memoranda of understanding, sponsorship agreements, and more.
  • Conduct thorough research on extensive statutes and analyze Supreme Court decisions, while also fulfilling assignments involving foreign law analysis as required.
  • Provide support on M&A projects, encompassing tasks such as drafting, reviewing, and revising due diligence reports, shareholders agreements, and share purchase agreements. Additionally, conduct comprehensive statutory research across multiple fields as assigned.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance to clients regarding the entire process of trademark prosecution in Thailand, encompassing every stage from initial filing to registration. This includes conducting the trademark searches, offering expert advice, and evaluating the chance of successful trademark registration.
  • File trademark’s application, respond to the office action and appeal against the Registrar’s decision toward the Trademark Board.
  • Maintain and monitor the trademark portfolios of clients, both domestic and overseas jurisdictions. This includes ensuring seamless operations for actions such as renewal, assignment, withdrawal and other related matters.
  • Collaborate with international agents to streamline the trademark prosecution process on behalf of clients.
