Profile and Expertise

Admitted to the bar in 2022, he joined One Asia Lawyers (Tokyo Office) and has been engaged in a broad range of corporate legal matters, including M&A, financial law, and labor and employment law.
He has a particular focus on providing legal support to businesses in the travel and tourism industry, advising on regulatory compliance matters under the Travel Agency Act, Civil Aeronautics Act, and other industry-specific regulations. His practice also includes contract drafting and review, general corporate advisory work, and dispute resolution. In addition, he has extensive experience in debt collection matters, assisting businesses with debt management and recovery. He also advises clients on personal data protection issues and provides legal support to venture companies in connection with initial public offerings (IPOs).
His experience covers a wide range of corporate governance matters, including shareholders’ meetings, as well as dispute resolution proceedings such as litigation and labor tribunals. He assists clients in addressing various legal challenges arising in the course of their business operations.
In recent years, he has also been involved in international inheritance matters, working closely with lawyers, local professionals, accountants, and tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions to support inheritance procedures and estate planning, particularly in Southeast Asia.
