本ワークショップは、2024年4月に東京で開催予定のInter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA)主催のAnnual General Meeting and Conference のプロモーションイベントの一環として開催されるイベントで、法律専門家や企業内弁護士を対象に、ベトナムおよび地域における仲裁による紛争解決に関連するプロセスや課題について理解を深める機会を提供することを目的としています。
