Before joining the One Asia Lawyers Vietnam, Dao had previously worked in a legal department of a non-life insurance corporation and a law firm.

Her legal code job focuses on consulting and licensing regarding corporate issues (structure, transaction, internal policy,...), investment projects, labor, and other cases related to the operation of local and international enterprises. She has experience working in-house and at law firms.

She will support to provide legal advice for Clients in corporation and investment & business formation in Vietnam ventures.

• • Advise and support foreign investors in setting up subsidiaries in Vietnam in various fields
  • Offer suggestions to tailor the client’s needs and investment options in compliance with Vietnamese law
  • Consult and proceed with the licensing procedures in corporate, investment, business, labor, and other related sub-licenses (trading, education, cosmetics, IT, etc.) post-establishment
  • Negotiate and review, draft many types of documents, contracts, agreements, templates, etc. related to transactions and deal between clients and partners
  • Give solutions and advise the templates for internal operation of multi-sector corporations
  • Participate in litigation related to insurance collections, business, commerce, inheritance, etc.
