  ● Drafting and reviewing M&A documents, including Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreement, Letters of Intent, and other relevant documents for M&A transactions.

  ● Advising on market entry, conduct legal reviews, and address legal issues related to corporate matters, disputes, contracting, regulatory compliance, and enterprise operations.

  ● Drafting and reviewing labor contracts and other internal employment-related documents, such as Internal Labor Regulations, non-disclose agreements, non-comptete agreements with the employees.
  ● Providing legal advice on various labor issues, including assessments of labor dispute, employee misconduct, labor discipline, personal data protection, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), and labor allowances.
